Under the ICAR - Human Resource Development program, ICAR-NBAGR is organizing a training program on “Professional and personal skill development for Technical and Administrative staff of ICAR” during June 19-21, 2018 at ICAR-NBAGR, Karnal. This training has been designed to cover various administrative and financial rules and guidelines to be followed in the ICAR system. The program also aims for the personality development, career improvement and stress management for overall improvement of the professional and personal life of the working staffs.
